About us

What you will find here

Sheet-metal roofing components explained in cross-section, a comparison of materials, indicative prices with dates and sources, calculation aids and an enquiry builder. We write for people renovating or building a house, for building managers and for anyone who wants to understand a sheet-metal roofer before signing a quote. The English version is for English-speaking homeowners, landlords and property managers in Slovakia; the Slovak version is the original.

Who is behind the site

The site is run by the KlampiarskeVýrobky.sk editorial team. We are not a manufacturer, retailer or installer, and we have no contractual partners among sheet-metal roofing firms. KlampiarskeVýrobky.sk as a whole is responsible for the content; individual texts are not signed with names.

History of the domain

The domain klampiarskevyrobky.sk used to belong to a small Bratislava firm that offered sheet-metal products – window sills, flashing trims, flashings, sealing profiles and butyl tapes in pre-painted steel. That firm no longer runs this site, and we are not that firm or its successor. We do not reproduce its texts or contact details; from the archive we have taken only its subject focus, so that people who reach the domain through old links find what they were looking for.

How we make money

At present, we don’t. There are no adverts, paid articles or affiliate links on the site. If that changes in future, it will be clearly marked on every page concerned.

How to contact us

Send enquiries, corrections and questions to dopyt@klampiarskevyrobky.sk. We can reply in English. How we handle the details in your email is set out in our privacy notice, and how we prepare and correct content in How we prepare content.
