When you browse the site

The site uses no analytics tools, tracking code, advertising systems or cookies, and loads nothing from third-party servers – fonts and scripts are stored on our own domain. It stores nothing in your browser’s storage.

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA). Its servers process technical data with every request, such as IP address, time and the address requested, in order to deliver the page and protect against abuse. Vercel gives details in its privacy policy.

The enquiry builder and calculators

The enquiry form and the calculators work entirely in your browser. The details you enter in them are neither sent nor stored anywhere. With the calculators, the dimensions you entered are written into the page address when you press the button, so that you can save the result as a link; there is no personal data in it.

The “Open in email” button simply opens your email app with the text filled in. Whether, and to whom, you send the email is your decision.

If you write to us, we process the details you give in your email (address, name, text, attachments such as photos of the house) for one purpose only – to reply to you. The legal basis is dealing with your request and our legitimate interest in communicating with you.

• we do not share emails with firms or anyone else, and we do not use them for marketing,
• we keep the email and attachments only as long as needed to deal with it and any follow-up questions, and then delete them,
• the mailbox is run by an email service provider, through whose systems the message passes.

Your rights

You have the right to know what data we hold about you, to ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and to object to its processing. Just write to dopyt@klampiarskevyrobky.sk. If you feel we are handling your data incorrectly, you can contact the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR).
