Sheet-metal roofing work in Slovakia is most often paid for by the linear metre, for chimneys and sills also per item, and for repairs by the hour. The ranges are wide, because the price is driven mainly by access, material and detail. Here are figures you can check, and how to read them.

Numiq states explicitly that its prices do not include materials. Flavio gives prices “by region” for the whole of Slovakia and does not specify VAT or materials.

What pushes the price up or down

How to compare quotes
Compare quotes line by line. A good quote includes the material (manufacturer, thickness, colour), quantities in metres and items, removal and disposal, scaffolding or a platform, travel and the warranty. If one quote is missing an item, ask whether it is included in the price or will be added later.
