What you can expect
- for an enquiry, a general reply: what to focus on, what to ask to have included in a quote, what kind of firm to look for,
- for articles, an explanation or an additional source,
- for a reported error, a correction in line with our corrections policy.
What you cannot expect
- a quote for carrying out the work – we do not install anything ourselves,
- a site visit,
- a recommendation of a particular firm as a “verified partner” – we have no such network,
- a guaranteed reply time.
