Gutters by material

Half-round roof gutter, KJG a.s. recommended retail prices (price list valid from 11 August 2026, checked 14 October 2026), 3–4 m lengths.

For aluminium and stainless steel the prices are for a 4 m length, the others for 3 m (at these sizes they are the same as for 4 m).

Downpipes by material

Brackets, hoppers, bends, stop ends and pipe clips are priced per item and make up a significant part of the cost of a complete system. Their current prices are in the manufacturer’s price list; we do not give them here because they vary with the type of bracket and size.

Chimney flashing

Prefabricated chimney flashing kits from the PorTec system, price list valid from 1 July 2026, prices excl. VAT, materials without installation. The range covers chimneys from a side total of up to 100 cm to 201–250 cm (side total = width + length of the chimney stack).

For comparison, Všetkoprestrechu.sk, in an article of 8 January 2026, gives roughly €200–250 including materials for a traditional chimney flashing by a roofer, and from €100 plus installation for a flashing kit. The article does not state the VAT position.

Plechy Majer (Závadka nad Hronom), in an article of 14 April 2026, gives indicative material prices incl. VAT:

These are trims for the firm’s own metal roofing; folded trims made to measure are priced by girth.

Labour

What moves the price most

• material – the same gutter in copper costs roughly eleven times as much as in galvanised steel,
• girth and number of folds for made-to-measure trims,
• access – scaffolding, a platform, height, pitch and complexity of the roof,
• removal and disposal of the old flashing,
• condition of the substrate – rotten boards under a valley, a crumbling chimney crown or parapet,
• quantity – a small job carries all the travel and preparation.

The original price list at this address

The original website had a price list at this address, valid from 1 January 2013, for trims in pre-painted galvanised sheet 0.5–0.6 mm thick. Those prices are of no use today, so we do not repeat them; from the archive we have taken only the structure of the range – ridge and eaves profiles, roof-to-wall junctions, corners, plinth drips, opening flashings, counter-flashings, PE foam fillers and butyl tapes.
